Zvika brings 20+ years of experience in relationship management, foreign exchange, credit analysis, lending, and risk management. Under his leadership, 1818 PCG has the proper infrastructure to ensure our clients are serviced globally with custom solutions based on each client's current situation.
ZVIKA FELDMAN
Zvika leverages his extensive banking background to deliver sophisticated wealth management and financial advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and families.
With over 25 years of experience, he has developed deep expertise in relationship management, foreign exchange, credit analysis, lending, and risk management. Zvika is known for his client-focused approach and is passionate about equipping clients with the right tools and strategies to achieve their long-term financial goals.
His career at Bank Leumi, where he spent 15 years and played a key role in introducing innovative solutions, including Premium Financial services and FX hedging strategies. His contributions helped enhance the bank’s offerings and deliver greater value to its clients.
Following his tenure at Bank Leumi, Zvika became a Managing Partner at 1818 PCG, where he has been performing for 5 years, bringing his unique perspective, strategic insight, and deep financial knowledge to serve a diverse UHNW domestic and international client base.
Zvika holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida International University and a master’s degree in Finance and Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.

Bilay is a dynamic financial professional with over 18 years of international experience in private banking, wealth management, investment advisory, and client relationship management.
At 1818 PCG, she specializes in delivering tailored portfolio strategies and holistic financial solutions to high-net-worth individuals. Bilay has held senior private banking roles at banking institutions; IDB Bank, Valley Bank and Bank Leumi.
She is FINRA-licensed with Series 7, 66 and holds an Executive MBA in Finance from Yildiz Technical University. Fluent in both the language of finance and client care, Bilay is known for her results-driven mindset, global perspective, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Marketing Director
Nicolle oversees the company's marketing initiatives at 1818PCG, where she brings over 15 years of experience in advertising and branding.
Her background includes being part of award-winning campaigns during her time at WPP, a British multinational communications conglomerate headquartered in London. In addition, she has collaborated with global brands in the luxury, hospitality, finance, travel, technology, and communication sectors.
Nicolle graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's in Advertising and a minor in Latin American studies. She also holds certifications from The Sotheby's Institute of Art.
